This is my close friend who I met at the mall 10 years ago in side-by-side dressing rooms.  That's how we all meet our closest friends, right?  So Mall Friend and I headed down to the beach with her family for some portraits.  I love how they turned out!

I met up with Mom and Dad for this maternity session.  Unfortunately it was a dark day at the beach.... but we didn't let it bring us down!  We still managed to get some beautiful shots of this momma!

My Cousin's Beautiful Family | All the way from Lagos, Nigeria!

That's right, my cousin and his beautiful family are on a work assignment in Lagos, Nigeria!  In August they came for a visit so of course I insisted on taking pictures of them!  It is so much fun and so relaxing to take pictures of the people you love!

I l♥ve this one below!  Funny, I thought none of this grouping turned out because they were deliriously silly at this point.  But I was more than pleasantly surprised at the joyful, natural smiles I captured instead!

The C Family | Tustin Family at the Beach

I love beach photography, and I love family photography... put them together and it's bound to be a favorite!  Especially when it is a friend!  I always enjoy being a part of capturing family fun.

The Beautiful T Family | Irvine Family Photographer

This gorgeous family is actually from Turkey.  A's parents were visiting from Turkey, so they wanted to fulfill wish of her parents to have a family portrait done.  The beautiful beaches of Laguna Beach was the perfect place, although big sister T told me that Turkey has the most beautiful beaches!  I should go there sometime!

The K Family on the Beach | Mission Viejo Family Photographer

I met the K family through friends.  We decided on a family session at the beach, the day after Christmas.  At first we were really worried about how the weather might be... but in perfect Southern California fashion, it was 80* that day!  In the middle of winter!  It is so fantastic living here!  Here are a couple pictures for a quick sneak.  I will have your gallery ready soon!

Have I ever said that I love shooting at the beach???  Well I do!  And I love it even more when the family is so easy, fun and GORGEOUS!  I met Mom a year and a half ago at a photography workshop.  She was the makeup artist for the models.  We struck up a friendship and business relationship right away!  Thank you B family for spending the evening with me (and to the chagrin of dad, during a World Series game)!  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

M is a beautiful girl - inside and out.  That is just the simple truth.  And can you believe this beautiful girl is only 11 years old???  When we were finishing up with the pictures I was stopped and asked if she was a TV star by a tourist!  I think she LOVED it that someone would think that!
