Cake Smash | First Birthday Portraits

I have been photographing this cutie pie since she was in-utero.  Now we cap off her first year with a fun cake smash sessions.... although she didn't do too much smashing!  LOL!

If you remember back to this post: http://jennymcmastersphotography.blogspot.com/2013/05/baby-on-way-santa-ana-maternity.html from last month, this little one didn't wanted her sex to remain a surprise!  And here she is!  It's a GIRL!!!

Arms Full of Joy!

My friend K has the best attitude when people see her with all 5 (yes, five... 4 girls and a boy!) of her little ones.  The common response is, "WOW, you really have your arms full!"  To which she responds, "Arms full of JOY!" with her big beautiful smile!  And she is so right!  These little ones are pure joy!

I love this one of Tallulah!  If you look close enough you will see I tricked her by putting a goldfish cracker on top of the orange!

This little baby should be here any minute now, if he or she is not here already!  I haven't heard word yet.  And, no they do not know if it is a boy or girl!  This little one is too modest, even in-utero, so it will be a surprising day when the baby does come!  I can hardly wait to find out!

The R family had a fun idea to have a little picnic during their photos.  It was so cute!  I loved the idea and the end result was great!  Take a look for yourself...

I met up with the L family for some family and 6 month pictures.  Only thing was, R decided she wasn't up for it!  She has the cutest little pouting/crying face though.  But we were determined to get some smiles so we met up a few days later and got some smiles!  

This is what she thought of pictures the first day.  LOL!

Second try was more successful! :-D
